Activation Manager

Goldcare's Activation Manager provides an efficient way to schedule group activities at your residential care site. Activity details such as date, time, duration, recurrence, location, assigned staff and more are entered into easy-to-use windows that provide a standardized format for creating and editing activity records. Using Activation Manager, you can define the criteria for your site's activity records, as well as match the activity to the resident's abilities, transportation and supervision requirements. The latter ensures the resident is scheduled for activities appropriate to their unique care needs.

After the activity, you can track which residents attended and what their level of participation was as well as record additional notes if required. This information becomes part of each resident's health record, providing a comprehensive record of the resident's participation in activities and a database for statistical and clinical reporting. For customized reporting of activity results, Activation Manager integrates with Goldcare's Make Your Own Report (MYOR).

Activation Manager also provides you with information to help plan future activities, as well as make the necessary adjustments to improve activity attendance and participation levels.
