Southern Cross Care Selects GoldCare for Residential and Community Care Data Management

Campana Systems Pty Ltd., market leaders in healthcare management solutions, is pleased to announce that Southern Cross Care (Vic) has selected Campana's award-winning software, GoldCare, to provide the data management infrastructure for their community and residential care programs throughout regional Victoria.
GoldCare provides care professionals with a versatile healthcare management solution to manage and support the many aspects of residential, community and continuing care: client and employee data management, clinical administration, rostering, financials and reporting.
Southern Cross Care operates nine residential aged care facilities across Victoria. Its Community Services Division provides government funded care packages and community support services, including home care and personal care, out of six regional offices. Retirement Living and Lifestyle services are provided at eight locations.
Implementing GoldCare will provide Southern Cross Care with centralised access to consolidated information. Assessments, scheduling, reporting and other applications are integrated, which allows data stored in one component to be accessed from another, facilitating one-time data entry and quick data retrieval. This ensures data is readily accessible to support decisions regarding client care and organisational development.
