GoldCare to Manage Full Spectrum of Caledon Community Services’ Health Programs

GoldCare, the market leader in healthcare management software, is pleased to announce that Caledon Community Services (CCS) has selected GoldCare to manage the entire spectrum of their health services, including seniors’ housing support, transitional care and respite care programs in the Municipality of Caledon (Ontario) and surrounding communities, serving approximately 262 clients.
GoldCare’s diverse suite of software provides an integrated and interdisciplinary approach to managing every interaction with the client throughout their care cycle. Assessments, care plans, treatments and resulting clinical documentation and outcomes are consolidated in a single electronic client record. This record is accessible through an intuitive workspace that provides a "day planner" view of the care provider’s clients, appointments, scheduled activities, and other up-to-date information. This centralized approach to information management streamlines workflow and efficiencies for improved service planning and delivery and quality of care.
CCS will take advantage of this high level of integration to consolidate the majority of their health portfolio’s information management processes within GoldCare. This includes records for CCS’ supportive living, respite care and transitional care centre; plans for the future include the integration of the organization’s community and crisis supports, employment services and settlement services into GoldCare’s information management system.

As a multi-service, community-impact organization, 45% of CCS’ programs are healthcare focused, signifying the breadth and depth of their community engagement.
