To protect the privacy of information contained in Customer Service Centre calls, we have created a secure area on our website for GoldCare clients. To gain access to this secure area, request a user ID and password by filling out the following form.

By filling out this form, you are indicating that you agree with the following:

  • The information contained on this website is confidential to both Campana and its clients. Disclosure of this information to a third party could be harmful to Campana and/or Campana's clients.
  • The website user ID and password is to be protected by the undersigned System Administrator. As such, the SA is responsible for the control and use of their unique ID and password for their site.
  • The information obtained from the website is for use by Campana clients and Campana staff only. No information from the secure area of Campana's website can be made available to any other person without prior written consent from Campana.

Can users view support calls for your site?

If you do not select this option, Campana will create a separate, user-level login for your site to restrict which users may place service calls and access technical service information.

If you request a user-level access account, users of this account may not:

  • open a service request

  • view upgrade information

  • request an upgrade
