GoldCare’s Community Volunteer Manager enables you to keep track of volunteer information and volunteer organization information. The comprehensive volunteer database is fully integrated with the employee scheduling system, allowing you to schedule volunteers in much the same manner as employees. Volunteer Manager also makes it easy to match the appropriate volunteer to a client, maximizing their skills and experience to best fulfill services.
Volunteer Recruitment: Record details from the volunteer’s interview, such as referrals, application notes, education, past employment and more to assess their application. As a next step in the recruitment process, you can also record police check information, and determine what activities the volunteer would be eligible to perform.
Volunteer Profile: Centralize the volunteer’s personal, skills, training, certification, activity type (e.g. reading, shopping service, etc.) minimum/maximum hours, seniority and other information. Data is entered into easy-to-use windows that provide a standardized format for creating and maintaining volunteer details.
Scheduling Volunteers: Assign volunteers to the Master Schedule, which based on the volunteer’s scheduling profile information, will automatically generate a weekly schedule and shift rotation for them. You can also use the volunteer profile as criteria to search for volunteers to manually fill service appointments.
