• Manage Staff Schedules: GoldCare provides templates for creating schedules and applying scheduling rules for each region, pay type, union group, job classification and other criteria defined by your site. You can also set up an unlimited number of cyclical and iterative schedule rotations, and even combine rotations of different lengths.

• Customize the Schedule Display: The Schedule Worksheet, which acts as a consolidated window to view all schedules, can be customized to filter the schedule by employee, shift histories, business unit and other details. Schedule entries are also colour-coded to help you quickly find specific staffing information.

• Identify Scheduling Trends: Worksheet counters allow you to define and track scheduling trends pertaining to different job classes, shifts, employees, business units and more.
