Reporting (MYOR, Insight)

GoldCare provides diverse reporting solutions: MYOR (Make Your Own Report), which provides tactical/functional reports for frontline staff; and Insight, which provides strategic reports for senior management. Both applications provide tools to create customized reports and dashboards to collect, analyze and disseminate business, operational and clinical information. Various export options allow you to easily share that information across your organization and with external partners and government agencies.

• Frontline Staff Reporting with MYOR: MYOR provides frontline staff with functional or task-oriented reports to complete their daily responsibilities; for example, a list of clients/residents who only ate half of their lunch, as generated from GoldCare's Health Records application. MYOR has flexible formatting options to let you capture complex information in easy-to-read, ad hoc reports.

  The intuitive report-building interface simplifies the process of selecting, sorting and displaying data. Reports can be exported to Microsoft® Excel, ODBC/Crystal Reports or saved as ASCII text files or PDF documents for convenient data sharing. MYOR also allows you to customize the features of standard GoldCare reports to meet specific reporting requirements.

• Executive Level Reporting with Insight: Insight pulls data from multiple GoldCare applications such as Community Support and Resident Administration to provide sophisticated yet flexible reporting for data analysis, measurement and benchmarking. It provides business intelligent-like capabilities, but in a simplified package. Insight provides aggregate reporting as totals, rankings, comparisons, overages/shortages and more, for any timeframe. Reports are displayed at a summary view, which can be drilled down to record-level detail.

  Report formats can be changed on-the-fly from a table to line graph, bar graph or pie chart, giving you the ability to create multiple ad hoc reports from one main report. Reports can be exported to Microsoft® Excel, where they are automatically entered into separate tabs for easy viewing. Data is also "Pivot ready" allowing you to immediately calculate, sort and graph data in Excel without the need for further formatting.
