Interfaces

GoldCare supports a wide range of interfaces to provide seamless information exchange with service providers, government agencies, and other organizations. These interfaces include, but are not limited to:

• Simple and complex ASCII (single and multi file)
• XML and encrypted XML
• Direct database read/write using ODBC or SQL
• Java Client
• HL7
• And more.

Interface support and data exports are enabled through the GoldCare interface engine, which can be customized to your organization's requirements. GoldCare also supports handling of both batch and real-time interfaces for one-way or bi-directional information exchange, using a variety of export file formats. This allows your organization to:

• Manage deposits and withdrawals from bank accounts
• Upload and download to/from e-commerce sites
• Transfer health and referral information between providers
• Submit electronic billings to multi funding sources
• Reconcile service statistics
• Share ADT, assessment, time clock, payroll and other information across different software systems, thereby reducing duplicate data entry and integrating information access.
