ADT (Admission/Discharge/Transfer)
GoldCare's ADT (Admission/Discharge/Transfer) application provides a complete system to manage the admittance, transfer and discharge of clients to/from care programs. ADT takes an integrated approach to controlling the flow of client information and processing administrative tasks. Its inherent flexibility allows you to admit and move clients to/from care programs at different entry points at any given time. GoldCare ADT also incorporates the following functionality:
Central Client/Resident Index: This database contains all information about your organization's clients, including ADT transaction histories, service requests, client application and more. Data contained in the central index can be used to identify commonalities among your client population and track demographic trends. It also drives monthly billing and invoices. Changes to a client's file, which can be made from any care site, are automatically updated in the central index. This ensures your staff is accessing the same up-to-date information from anywhere within your care network.
Waiting Lists: The waiting list acts as an inventory of all applicants entered in the Central Client/Resident Index waiting for admission, transfer, program registration, etc. Built-in waiting list reports let you view applicant names, waiting list positions and priority history. These reports also calculate the average, longest and shortest waits on the waiting list, and track waiting list status by client, service/program, service provider and other factors.
Referrals: You can easily attach client/resident referrals to the corresponding application in the waiting list. Having these referrals on hand will provide you with supplementary information about the client/resident, and expedite their admittance into programs, services or care facility.
Standard Reports: ADT boasts a full range of built-in reports to analyze and track client/resident movement at your site and within programs, empty beds/open service spots, room revenue and more. GoldCare allows you to run multiple reports simultaneously, which helps coordinate information sharing across your organization. This improves the efficiency of processing admissions, transfers and discharges. Customized reporting of ADT statistics can be achieved using GoldCare's Make Your Own Report (MYOR) application.
