GoldCare Community Support helps you manage all areas within a community care agency, including communications with your external partners. GoldCare Community Support consists of many comprehensive tools that allow you to deliver services at the point-of-care; centralize information management; and share client information across multiple care sites through an integrated web interface. Some of its many applications include:
Contract Manager: Define and manage multiple funding contracts to ensure that fulfilled services remain within the funder’s contract limit, both at the client and organizational level. Contract Manager will alert you when a service is nearing its funding limit, and also allows user overrides.
Document Manager: Store documents of any file type in GoldCare for ready access and reference: lab reports, x-ray results, pictures, Microsoft Word and Excel files, PDF files and more. Document Manager supports file encryption and security measures to protect information and control access; only one person can modify a document at a time.
Brokerage: Streamline the process of brokering client services to care providers. GoldCare Brokerage produces electronic referrals that include assessments and service details which are sent as authorizations and service requests. Case management organizations will also benefit from easy billing reconciliation; invoices are uploaded for payment, and GoldCare uses rules to determine whether payments or invoices require review. At the end of period, GoldCare will select accepted invoices to create a payables file.
Meals on Wheels: Create and manage meal plans with the Meals on Wheels component of GoldCare’s Community Support application. The flexible setup options allow you to specify food preparation methods, allergies and diet types, rotation schedules and service and billing information.
Mapping: Utilize Google™ Maps to display service locations, unfilled appointments, employee proximity, etc. This visual representation helps you to make the most of the employee’s available time, minimize travel time/costs and improve the assignment of employees to client visits.
