GoldCare‘s Community Support Manager contains all the components you need to manage and support the entire scope of your community care programs. Applications are integrated through the My GoldCare Workspace, which provides a customizable view of client information, schedules, tasks and more. This streamlined and centralized approach to community support management facilitates collaborative information sharing and informed decision-making.
Client & Employee Management: maintain accurate and centralized client, employee, volunteer and organizational information in an easy and consistent manner. Capture a wide range of relevant client information such as demographics (name, age, gender, etc.), doctor contacts, income, living arrangements and more.
Clinical & Assessments: carry out assessments with GoldCare’s Assessment Information Manager (AIM). In addition to providing standard assessment templates, AIM allows you to create your own. All assessments can be accessed from AIM‘s integrated web interface, which provides a streamlined and easy-to-use format to electronically complete, update and track assessments.
Scheduling: make the most of your employee‘s time and maximize time efficiencies with GoldCare’s interactive scheduling and planning calendar. These flexible applications allow you to specify the time, frequency, duration and more of client appointments, and provide an "at a glance" view of schedules, reminders/alerts, and one-click access to relevant information.
Financial Management: issue accurate, timely service invoices with GoldCare‘s financial management applications, which also help reduce back-office costs and processing time. Billing can begin immediately once service confirmation is received, and various export methods are available to submit electronic billings and support multi-funders.
Reporting: use GoldCare‘s integrated report-builder, Make Your Own Report (MYOR), to compile complex information into easy-to-read reports. Supported export formats such as Microsoft® Excel and ODBC/Crystal reports allow information to be easily distributed to care providers, funding providers and management.
