AXIS Sundry processes product sales, controls inventory, handles gift certificates, and tracks non-sale transactions. Transactions in Sundry automatically update client Services Utilized histories and General Ledger.
Using Sundry, customer service representatives can sell products such as merchandise, attraction tickets, and passport photos. Your staff can also enter non-sales transactions, such as cash a client's cheque or distribute free products to members.
Customer service representatives can also sell products requiring special processing, process commission cheques and match them to Accounts Receivable invoices or non-AR commissions, and process merchandise returns and refunds for products sold through Sundry.
When your club uses Inventory, Sundry prompts customer service representatives for inventory information as it processes transactions. Sundry then automatically updates inventory levels and records product movement data to track product sales and quantities at every branch.
To view details of past sales, customer service representatives can perform a Sundry Inquiry by client and transaction reference number. The inquiry shows complete details for the requested transaction, and offers a view of all Sundry transactions recorded for the client.
Sundry provides reports to evaluate sales volumes and productivity, and audit transactions.
