AXIS Auto Touring organizes and tracks the processing and distribution of travel information for auto clubs. Integrated with Point-of-Sale, Inventory, and General Ledger, Auto Touring enables your staff to manage Triptiks and travel publication easily and efficiently.

Auto Touring organizes the order entry process, prints orders for the work center, tracks the stages of orders from entry to delivery, and generates reports

To prevent duplication, Auto Touring notifies customer service representatives if orders have been processed, and allows them to view previously ordered information. Once a request is complete, Auto Touring updates the member's Services Utilized history.

Customer service representatives can enter orders for Triptiks and publications, such as maps, TourBooks or CampBooks. If your club or branch prepares certain Triptiks in advance, Auto Touring lets customer service representatives select pre-pulled Triptiks when members request them.

For more flexible service, and to ensure that Triptik builders and other customer service representatives receive complete instructions, customer service representatives can add special instructions and comments to an order. Notes for contacting the member print on the Auto Touring order.

Once an order is entered, the customer service representative can cache the order for later printing, print the order immediately at the appropriate work center, or choose not to print the order. Cached orders can be printed using sort options to facilitate distribution of orders to builders.
