AXIS Member Verification enables auto clubs connected to the AAA/CAA ClubLink data communications network to exchange information.

Customer service representatives can verify memberships at other clubs by entering the member's club number and other search information. Clubs and occasional users can also verify memberships at your club using a web browser.

With access to up-to-date membership information, your club provides efficient service to members from other clubs, and controls the types of services provided to members based on the privileges established for their membership type.

Offering membership verification to other clubs reduces the potential for reciprocal billing problems that occur when other clubs provide services not covered by your client's membership.

Once a visiting member has been verified using Member Verification, AXIS sends a request for Emergency Road Service authorization to the home club. AAA National processes and tracks the home club's reply, which outlines the approved level of service. When a call is closed, Member Verification sends updates for the member's service usage profile to the home club.
